The Dutch Scientist Hoogerbeets and the Red Line Mystery

In the latest update from Dutch scientist Frank Hoogerbeets, an image of the Earth was shared with a red line dividing it from ocean to ocean. The scientist did not clarify the reason for the prominent line in the image but commented: "Dutch scientist Frank Hoogerbeets justified his predictions not being accurate at times by stating that he does not make forecasts but provides a thorough explanation of the Earth's movement and its relation to stars and planets. - THIS IS NOT A FORECAST - IT IS AN EXPLANATION - Yes, it is true that a line can be drawn through most of the marked regions on the map. This line is perpendicular to the plane of the ecliptic. This was also the case with the atmospheric fluctuation on August 30."
