Israeli Defense Minister: We Are in a Defensive Position on the Lebanon Front

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant stated on Monday evening that for Hamas, there is only death or surrender, and there is no third option. In a press conference, he added that his forces will achieve the objectives of the ground operation in Gaza by recovering the hostages and dismantling Hamas’s capabilities. He clarified that "the war in Gaza will not be short-term, but we are determined to win." He emphasized that the priority is how to achieve victory in the war in Gaza and recover all the hostages. He continued: "We are in a defensive position on the Lebanon front."
