The caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati and Minister of Industry George Bouchikian discussed matters related to the Ministry of Industry this Wednesday morning at the Government Palace. Mikati also met with representatives from Akkar: Walid Baa'ri, Mohammad Suleiman, Abdul Aziz Al-Samad, Ahmad Al-Khair, as well as the head of the Civil Planning Department in Akkar, Hassan Al-Haj, and the head of the Northern Lebanon Water Authority, Khaled Obeid. They reviewed the developmental conditions of the northern region and Akkar, particularly concerning the late President Rene Mouawad Airport in Qlayaat.
