Sony unveiled the portable gaming unit "PlayStation Portal," designed for video game enthusiasts and "PlayStation" fans. The "PlayStation Portal" features an 8-inch LCD screen with FHD resolution and a refresh rate of 60 Hz. It comes with comfortable and compact controllers that can be connected to or detached from the screen for wireless game control. This distinctive electronic device can wirelessly pair with "PlayStation 5" consoles over Wi-Fi and run games available on those consoles on its small screen. The platform incorporates "DualSense" technologies, including haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, and is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack, but it does not support virtual reality games that require the PS VR2 headset or cloud gaming through "PlayStation Plus Premium."
Sony is expected to launch it in the United States for approximately $200, while the price in Europe is anticipated to be around 220 euros.
