The Iranian Foreign Ministry rejected today, Friday, the criticisms from France, Germany, Britain, and the United States regarding the increase in uranium enrichment, stating that it is part of its peaceful nuclear program. The ministry's spokesperson, Nasser Kanaani, told state media: "Enrichment at a rate of 60 percent at Iranian enrichment centers has always been and will continue to be consistent with the country's peaceful needs and is subject to full oversight by the International Atomic Energy Agency."
