Al-Moussawi Calls for Adoption of Baalbek Sports Stadium

Former Nabi Sheet Club president, Ahmad Al-Moussawi, stated that the issue of stadiums in Lebanon resembles a "teapot." Al-Moussawi mentioned that the Lebanese Football Federation and Lebanon's representatives in the AFC Cup are faced with a final solution: to adopt the Baalbek Sports City, as this facility meets all the required specifications. He pointed out that the field will be ready within a maximum of 45 days, "and we will have overcome the issue of stadiums for the national team and the clubs of Al-Najma and Al-Ahed in international competitions." Additionally, this will allow for hosting all major and critical matches in the Lebanese league for the current and upcoming seasons until alternative stadiums are found.
