Weather Disrupts Flight Operations in Amsterdam

On Sunday, dozens of flights to and from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam were canceled due to snowfall expected to hit the Netherlands this afternoon. The Schiphol Airport website reported the cancellation of around 150 incoming and outgoing flights. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, the main user of the airport, informed the Dutch news agency ANP that it had canceled 65 flights to Europe during the afternoon and evening hours.
