The "Syrian Observatory" announced the murder of a disabled man by his friend after he had hosted him in his home in the village of Lakta, near Ain al-Arab (Kobani) in northeastern Aleppo. The killer stabbed him 13 times with a sharp object (knife), stole a sum of money, and then fled to an unknown location.
