Emirati Aldar Properties Acquires London Square

Aldar Properties, an Emirati company, announced on Friday that it has completed the acquisition of London Square, a London-based property development company, in a deal valued at 1.07 billion dirhams (291.4 million dollars). Aldar Properties stated in a press release that this transaction is "the first international acquisition by Aldar outside the MENA region... and is part of Aldar's ambitious strategy to expand into major and mature international markets to accelerate the growth of its portfolio, diversify its revenue sources, enhance business integration opportunities, and increase investment and cross-selling opportunities."
