UAE astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi shared a series of images on his official Instagram account today, Saturday, depicting the devastating war between Palestine and Israel, accompanied by heartfelt words. The photos, taken months ago from a very distant perspective in space, show Gaza being devastated during the conflict that began on October 7.
Sultan Al Neyadi commented on the post, saying: "I went to space believing that borders are not visible from there. We humans are the ones who create borders and start conflicts; we also have the power to end them. This is a picture I took months ago of Gaza, where unfortunate events that break the heart are currently happening, costing the lives of innocent civilians." He concluded his message by saying: "May God protect everyone."
