Kuwait News Agency reported today, Wednesday, that the government submitted its resignation to the new Emir, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, shortly after he took the oath of office before the National Assembly. The agency mentioned that Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, son of the late Emir, presented the government's resignation to Sheikh Mishal.
