French Prosecutor: Attacker Near the Eiffel Tower Swore Allegiance to "ISIS"

French anti-terrorism prosecutor Jean-François Ricard stated on Sunday that the suspect who killed a German tourist and injured two others, one of whom is British, near the Eiffel Tower in Paris yesterday has pledged allegiance to "ISIS." Ricard added in a press conference that the 26-year-old suspect made this announcement in a video posted on social media. He mentioned that the current investigation is focused on charges of murder and attempted murder in connection with a terrorist organization.
