British Prince Harry gave advice to Argentine star Lionel Messi after watching him miss a clear goal opportunity from the stands during his team's match against Los Angeles in the American league. In the 37th minute of the match held last Monday in Los Angeles, Messi, the Inter Miami star, faced Los Angeles goalkeeper John McCarthy one-on-one but, contrary to his usual performance, failed to score as the keeper made a brilliant save.
Despite not scoring, Messi did manage to assist in two goals, contributing to Inter Miami's 3-1 victory over Los Angeles, extending his team's unbeaten streak to 11 matches across all competitions since the arrival of the Argentine star, setting a club record. However, Prince Harry, who watched the match from the stands, appeared dissatisfied that Messi did not score under his observation.
The "Daily Mail" published a video of the British prince responding to a fan who asked him to relay a message to Messi. Prince Harry said, "Put it (the ball) in the net (Messi)," before laughing as the ball went away. He was speaking to the fan in the tunnel leading to the locker rooms just moments before calling for a meeting with Messi, where he might have conveyed his advice to the Argentine star.
