Red Cross: Nagorno-Karabakh Capital Nearly Empty After Mass Exodus

Marco Succi, head of the International Committee of the Red Cross team, noted today, Tuesday, that "only hundreds of residents remain in the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, including patients, disabled individuals, and the elderly," describing the empty streets as "surreal." Succi stated, "The city is now completely abandoned. Hospitals... are not operational, medical staff have left, and the head of the morgue has also left. Thus, the scene is completely surreal."
