Ukrainian Ambassador to Turkey Vasyl Bodnar noted today, Thursday, that "negotiations are ongoing regarding the grain export initiative mediated by the United Nations, which was halted in the summer of 2023." He added, "Unfortunately, this grain initiative is not currently operational, although some negotiations are taking place to find a formula for potential assistance from international partners to Ukraine."
