The Mufti of the Lebanese Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Deryan, has departed from Beirut to the State of Qatar in response to an official invitation, leading a delegation that includes: the Chairman of the Administrative and Financial Committee of the Higher Islamic Council, Governor Muhammad Al-Makawi; the Chairman of the Fund for Zakat in Lebanon, Consul Muhammad Al-Jouzou; and the media officer in the Dar Al-Fatwa, Khaldoun Qawas. Mufti Deryan and the accompanying delegation will meet with some Qatari officials.
