The U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) indicated today, Saturday, that "the Department of State has approved the potential for a deal to sell tank munitions and related equipment to Israel for an estimated amount of $106.5 million." The Pentagon added in a statement: "The sale will be from U.S. Army stock and consists of M830A1 high-explosive, multipurpose antitank rounds with a (M.B.A.T) tracking device and related equipment."
