Al Jazeera reported in a statement today that it has decided to refer the case of the "assassination" of one of its photographers in Gaza to the International Criminal Court. The network stated that its photographer, Abu Daqa, was killed in an airstrike from a drone yesterday while covering a previous bombing of a school used as a shelter for displaced people in southern Gaza.
