Israeli Army: Special Forces Conducted Strike in Lebanon

The Israeli army stated today, Tuesday, that its special forces carried out a strike in the Aita al-Shab area of Lebanon. The army said, "The special forces of the Israeli army executed a strike to eliminate a threat in the Aita al-Shab area in Lebanon." The army did not disclose the nature of the forces that conducted the operation or the specific location targeted. The army further added that it also bombed a launch pad for anti-tank missiles belonging to the Hezbollah group in southern Lebanon.
