Tehran Prepares to Launch the Largest Scientific and Technological Oasis in the Region

The Secretary of the Iranian capital, Ali Reza Zakani, announced that the largest scientific and technological oasis in the region will be established in Tehran, noting that three areas have been identified for this purpose along with the definition of 12 services. In detail, Zakani revealed yesterday, Thursday, at the forum on knowledge-based industry that an area of 400 hectares has been allocated in the "Velayat" Park in Tehran for the construction of the largest scientific and technological oasis in the region, along with the organization of 9 modern factories. The second forum of the national phenomenon for knowledge-based industry, titled "The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Smart City Industry," was held in Tehran, with the participation of the Iranian Vice President for Science and Technology Affairs and the knowledge-based economy.
