A draft agenda reviewed by Reuters on Monday showed that the OPEC+ alliance, which includes the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and allies led by Russia, will begin official meetings to determine oil production levels at 13:00 GMT on Thursday. Members of an advisory committee called the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee will hold discussions at 13:00 GMT. This will be followed by a full OPEC+ policy-making meeting at 14:00 GMT, according to the agenda. The meeting was postponed from November 26. OPEC+ sources indicated that this was due to a dispute over production levels among African producers, but later sources reported that the group was nearing a resolution on the matter.
