The General Directorate of Civil Defense announced in a statement that "on the third day of search, rescue, and comprehensive field survey operations aimed at finding the missing individuals who were inside the building that collapsed in Mansouriyeh at 1:45 PM last Monday, Civil Defense personnel were able to retrieve the body of a citizen from under the rubble, raising the victim count to six citizens, while four citizens have been rescued." It was noted that "three days have passed, and the Civil Defense agents are working tirelessly under the supervision of the General Director of Civil Defense, Brigadier General Raymond Khattar, who implemented a rotation system for specialized teams conducting the search and rescue operations. The number of personnel participating in this mission has reached approximately 165 members from various centers across all Lebanese provinces, working according to a shift system, following the recommendations of the Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Bassam Mawlawi, who has been keen on monitoring the operation's progress and verifying all updates related to this catastrophe that struck the Mansouriyeh area." It was emphasized that "the personnel continue their work relentlessly, both day and night, to locate the two missing individuals who have not yet been found."
