Guterres: The Warring Parties in Gaza

In his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos, he asserted that the warring parties "are ignoring international law and trampling on the Geneva Conventions, even violating the United Nations Charter." He added, "What is happening in the Red Sea highlights the importance of a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages."
