Title: Lebanese Army Arrests Escaped Prisoners

The Army Command – Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement: "On January 3, 2024, a patrol from the Intelligence Directorate arrested the two citizens who escaped from the Baalbek police station (A.H.M.) and (A.H.M.), who are wanted for committing crimes including robbery and theft by force, assault on citizens, drug trafficking, and firing a weapon. Another patrol from the directorate arrested citizen (M.S.) for stealing antiquities from the Archdiocese of the Greek Catholic Church and returned the stolen items to the archdiocese. The seized items were handed over, and an investigation with the detainees commenced under the supervision of the relevant judiciary."
