The Israeli army claimed that it had detected the launch of several shells from Lebanon towards the Metula settlement, asserting that it targeted military positions and infrastructure of Hezbollah. Today, Friday, the Israeli army shelled the outskirts of the towns of Al-Jabain, Tair Harfa, Naqoura, and Mais al-Jabal, while a Merkava tank targeted the outskirts of the town of Al-Adaysseh. An Israeli drone also targeted an uninhabited house between the towns of Al-Qozah and Beit Leif. For its part, Hezbollah's military media announced that "its fighters targeted an Israeli control and command center at point 430 opposite the town of Kafr Kila with appropriate weapons and achieved direct hits." In a separate statement, the party announced "the targeting of a gathering of enemy soldiers and its vehicles in the vicinity of Al-Manara site with appropriate weapons."
