Earthquake of 6.3 Strikes Papua in Indonesia

The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre reported that a 6.3 magnitude earthquake occurred at a depth of 39 kilometers in Papua, Indonesia, today, Saturday. The center had previously stated that the earthquake's strength was 6.2 degrees and occurred at a depth of 46 kilometers. The U.S. tsunami warning system showed no threat of a tsunami following the quake.
