The Saudi Ministry of Investment reported today, Monday, that "preliminary data indicated that the Kingdom's budget achieved a surplus of 60 billion riyals ($16 billion) in the fourth quarter of 2023." It added that "the surplus may be due to a 40.7% decline in government spending, as indicated by the data."
