Iran Reveals Manufacturing of Unmanned Military Vessels

The commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard's naval forces, Rear Admiral Ali Reza Tangsiri, announced the manufacturing of an Iranian unmanned and autonomous naval vessel, according to the Iranian news agency "IRNA." In statements during a Revolutionary Guard meeting on Monday, Tangsiri said, "These vessels can control 50 other unmanned units and are capable of launching missiles." The commander of the naval forces of the Revolutionary Guard claimed that "Americans cannot today enter or exit Iranian waterways without our permission." The Iranian official added that "there is no justification for the presence of American forces in the Gulf." IRNA reported that the destroyer "Alborz" successfully passed through the Bab-el-Mandeb Strait, reaching the Red Sea as part of the 94th flotilla of the Iranian Navy.
