UN spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric revealed that Secretary-General Antonio Guterres met with the head of the Internal Investigations Unit of the organization today, Monday, to ensure that an investigation into Israeli allegations against employees of the UNRWA is conducted "as quickly and effectively as possible." The spokesperson added that Guterres "is engaging with the leadership and donors of UNRWA" and will host a meeting for major donors of the agency in New York tomorrow, Tuesday.
