State Security in the South Arrests Individual for Blackmailing People

In its effort to combat fraud and scams, and after obtaining information about a Syrian individual creating a website named "account.elontrad.net" to deceive dozens of people into believing they could earn financial profits through investment, the Southern Regional Directorate of State Security, based on the directions of the competent judiciary, arrested the Syrian (S.A.). During the investigation, he confessed that he misled several individuals into depositing amounts ranging between 2000 and 5000 dollars on his website, promising to return the same amount after a period. The arrested individual deleted the website and closed all his accounts after obtaining large sums of money from citizens.
