BFMTV reported today, Saturday, that the new French Foreign Minister Stéphane Séjourné has arrived in Ukraine for his first visit since taking office, promising that Paris will continue to support the Kyiv administration. Reports stated that the French minister traveled by air to Poland and will later travel to Kyiv from there. Those close to the minister indicated that "the visit is symbolic and aims to reaffirm France's and Europe's support and commitments to Ukraine." Before the scheduled meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Séjourné stated that representatives from France would conduct "a number of visits" to understand "what Ukrainians need today."
