Exclusion of British Aircraft Carrier from NATO's Largest Drill Since the Cold War Due to Technical Malfunction

The British Royal Navy announced that the aircraft carrier "Queen Elizabeth", which was scheduled to lead NATO's largest maneuvers since the Cold War, will not participate in the drills due to a technical malfunction. Instead, the aircraft carrier "Prince of Wales" is likely to sail in the maneuvers to be held off the northern coast of Norway. Following the exclusion of "Queen Elizabeth", the British Navy may also be unable to deploy aircraft in the Red Sea as suggested by Minister of Armed Forces James Heappey amid escalating tensions with the Houthis.
