The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement today, Saturday: "On 11/11/2023, a patrol from the naval forces of the army managed to thwart an illegal human smuggling operation at sea off the coast of Tripoli, rescuing 18 migrants, all of whom are of Syrian nationality, who were on board the vessel."
