Lebanese Army Arrests Drug Dealers and Suspects in Murder Case

The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance reported that "a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence in the Qalamoun area of Tripoli arrested citizens (A.Z.) and (L.A.) for possessing a quantity of drugs. Another patrol in the city of Tripoli arrested citizens (A.D.), (M.D.), and (K.A.) for their involvement in the altercation that occurred on 23/1/2024, which resulted in one person’s death and injuries to others in the Miniyeh area of Tripoli. A military pistol was also seized in their possession. The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the relevant judiciary."
