Herzog: Israel "Calls" for a Shipment of Medicines to Reach Hostages Held in Gaza

Israeli President Isaac Herzog said today, Thursday, that Israel is intensifying its plea for an emergency shipment of medicines that entered the Gaza Strip through Egypt, as part of an agreement arranged by Qatar and France, to reach hostages held by the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the besieged territory. Herzog, speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos next to a picture of a one-year-old baby, who is the youngest hostage in terms of age, stated: "We call for all the medicines to reach them, but this is just the beginning."
