The office condemned the airstrikes in a statement, describing them as "a new aggression against the sovereignty of Iraq," and denied any prior coordination between Washington and the Baghdad government, labeling such claims as "false allegations aimed at misleading international public opinion." The statement further noted that "the presence of the military coalition led by the United States in the region has become a reason for threatening security and stability in Iraq and serves as a justification for involving Iraq in regional and international conflicts."
