Berri After Meeting with the Ambassadors of the Quintet: The Stance was Unified and the Meeting was Beneficial and Promising

The Speaker of the Parliament, Nabih Berri, welcomed the ambassadors of the Quintet at the second presidency in Ain al-Tineh: Saudi Arabia's Ambassador Walid Bukhari, Qatar's Ambassador Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman bin Faisal Al Thani, France's Ambassador Herve Magro, Egypt's Ambassador Alaa Moussa, and the United States Ambassador Lisa Johnson. The meeting lasted about an hour, during which recent developments, particularly concerning the presidential elections, were discussed. Berri stated after the meeting that "the stance was unified and the meeting was beneficial and promising." The ambassadors of the Quintet, upon leaving Ain al-Tineh, affirmed their "unified position" and indicated "the possibility of continuing the tour and meeting with other political parties."
