In a brief speech on Wednesday, she stated, "The focus now is on Donald Trump... and I wish him good luck." Haley, who served as Trump's ambassador to the U.N., failed to be a significant obstacle to Trump's nomination since she finished third in the first primary elections in Iowa in January.
