Turkish security authorities have arrested Kuwaiti Hakeem Abisan Al-Mutairi, who has been sentenced to life imprisonment in the "Qadhafi Leaks" case. Al-Mutairi's official account on the platform "X" announced that: "On Monday, professor Dr. Hakeem Al-Mutairi, Secretary-General of the Ummah Conference and head of the Ummah Party in Kuwait, was detained by Turkish security due to the unjust political case filed against him in Kuwait."
