Impact of "Hayan" on Lebanon’s Roads

In a related context, the traffic control room of the Internal Security Forces reported the following: * The Dahar Al-Baydar road is passable for four-wheel drive vehicles. * The Tarchich-Zahle road is closed to all vehicles due to snow accumulation.
