Ukraine: 4 Killed in Russian Shelling of Homes

Ukrainian officials reported today, Tuesday, that "Russian shells hit a residential building and houses, resulting in the death of four individuals and injuring at least five others." Dnipropetrovsk region governor Serhiy Lysak stated, "A five-story building was attacked this morning in the southern town of Nikopol." He added, "A 63-year-old man was killed. Two women aged 65 and 63 were injured. There may be people under the rubble." Prosecutors in the Sumy region pointed out that "Russian shelling destroyed at least five houses in a residential area in the north near the border with Russia this afternoon."
