"YouTube" Car Racing Competitions Kick Off Tomorrow

The "YouTube" car racing events will commence tomorrow as part of the 19th day of the "Liwa International Festival." The competitions will take place on a track specifically designed for these vehicles, considering the curves and terrain, after modifications were made to the course. Each vehicle will aim to break records and achieve the highest speed in completing the track. A large number of competitors will participate in the championship across the "Turbo" and "Non-Turbo" categories. Timing will be recorded from the moment the vehicle crosses the starting line to the finish line, with each competitor given the chance to make two attempts, allowing for the selection of the better time. The organizing committee has established requirements for participants, which have been made clear through electronic registration, along with various regulations for the race categories, general safety conditions, and limits on modifications specific to each category. Last season, competitor Mohammed Ibrahim topped the modified category with a time of 218.390 seconds, achieving a record of less than 4 minutes, while Mohammed Saeed Al-Kindi secured first place in the non-modified category with a time of 220.130 seconds.
