Case of Dismissal of Judge Aoun from the Judiciary... and a Lawsuit Against Judge Aboud

The Public Prosecutor of Mount Lebanon, Judge Ghada Aoun, attended the Palace of Justice and filed a lawsuit against the President of the Supreme Disciplinary Authority, Judge Souhail Aboud, arguing that he had expressed a prior opinion on her case and hinted in a statement at the possibility of her dismissal from the judiciary. Judge Aboud postponed the session to April 15th.
