According to the downtime tracking site "downdetector," thousands of users reported issues with Facebook and Instagram, which are owned by Meta. The Internet Observatory, which monitors cybersecurity and digital governance, noted that Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger are currently facing interruptions related to login sessions in multiple countries. The account also mentioned that the incident is not related to an internet outage. As of now, the parent company Meta has not commented on the matter.
