Retired Brigadier General Bassam Yassin stated that "the area surrounding the Council of Ministers has been completely closed since 7 AM, and we will not allow today's session to take place." He added in a talk to "Voice of Lebanon" that "our movements will be escalatory, and we will target, starting today, those responsible for the situation that retired military personnel have reached."
