U.S. State Department spokesman Matthew Miller announced to reporters today, Wednesday, that "Secretary of State Antony Blinken will travel to France and Belgium next week." Miller added in a press conference that "Blinken will meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba while he is in Brussels for a NATO meeting."
