The Amaq agency affiliated with the Islamic State (ISIS) announced in a statement via the Telegram app that "the organization published a photo today, Saturday, of what they claim are the four attackers who carried out the shooting at a concert hall near the Russian capital, Moscow, which resulted in the death of at least 143 people."
