Iraq Approves Plan to Establish a Fixed Gas Import Terminal

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani announced in a statement on Wednesday that the Iraqi government has approved recommendations to establish a fixed gas import terminal at the Grand Faw Port in southern Basra Governorate. The statement indicated that this terminal will be the first of its kind in the national oil and gas sector and its related infrastructure.
