Bahrain Issues Two Types of Bonds Worth Two Billion Dollars

A document seen by Reuters revealed that Bahrain issued two types of bonds today, Tuesday, worth two billion dollars and received orders exceeding 14 billion dollars. According to a document from one of the leading banks, the kingdom sold sukuk worth one billion dollars with a seven-year term at a six percent interest rate, and bonds worth one billion dollars with a 12-year term at a 7.5 percent interest rate.
