Hezbollah announced in a statement that its members targeted the "command center of the Beit Hillel Battalion belonging to the Eastern Regional Brigade 769 with Katyusha rockets." Al Jazeera reported the launch of more than 20 rockets from southern Lebanon towards the settlement of Kiryat Shmona. In this context, Al-Manar channel confirmed the firing of "rocket salvos towards occupied territories and the activation of air raid sirens and the Iron Dome," noting that "the sounds of explosions are ringing in the eastern sector and the settlements bordering the area."
